Pics & a little story

Funny story, we went to Red Robin the other night for dinner and we've been talking about how we'll have to go there for Cal's b-day dinner cause he'll just love the bird and everyone singing/clapping "happy, happy birthday." Well he loved the clapping and singing but was terrified of Red Robin. He saw him and broke in hysteria. Then the whole dinner he kept a watchful eye scanning the restaurant. It just so happened we were sitting in an area full of kids so it turned out to be a pretty scary dinner. When we go back for his birthday, we'll have to request the singing and clapping sans the mascot.

I think it's a phase he's going through cause he usually has no fear but the last couple days everything has been so scary. We were playing with a whoopy cushion and this too caused pure terror for Cal.

teasing the logs since they were blocked in the dining room

We are free most Sundays. We really need to get together soon. Cal's b-day is right around the corner.

Charlie started being scared of things like that around a year too! He still is terrified of mascots. How did he feel about Santa?

Good thing he's used to Suzie, otherwise she's kind of scary at times!(just kidding and yes we'll still babysit her) Call me Cal.
