So thankful.

Thanksgiving festivities started a little early with Cal's Thanksgiving program at school on Wednesday.  And for a bonus grandparents were invited to celebrate Grandparent's day. Here's the pre-K's performance (sorry for the crummy video quality, for some reason it uploaded to YouTube like this...).
Next up, the real deal, Thanksgiving.
the guest of honor... the Traeger turkey!

Back at it.

Wow, over 2 weeks without a post. That might be a record for me. We've been busy, busy, and aside from Thanksgiving I don't think I've take a single pic with my camera. So here's a look at what we've been up to, thanks to my iphone & instagram. Up next Thanksgiving.
Someone was super fired up to go to a hockey game.
So we went to a hockey game.
The boys rode horses
and lawn mowers
We soaked up every last bit of Fall.
Saw the most amazing sunset on a drive to Pullman
snuggled in a hotel
and snuggled in mommy's bed.
We enjoyed time with our school friends
And performed in the school's Veteran's Day assembly
We got our awesome school pictures back.
We watched the arrival of Santa parade!
and performed again in the school's Thanksgiving/Grandparent's Day program (the boy the was born to be on stage).
Cal went to Apple Cup with Grammie & Pa
while we stayed home (kicking ourselves for not going) and watched it on tv. Go Cougs!
This pretty lady went to the beauty salon.
We birthday partied with friends.
Bennett grew a mustache.
And Clyde's been doing a lot of this.

They have way too much energy.

Just a friendly gentleman's game of "race" before bedtime...

He's got the patriotic spirit.

I hear this all day long. In fact, Cal belted it out in a parking lot tonight while the boys & I were heading in to get frozen yogurt cause he saw an American flag outside. So I figured it's about time I take a video of it. My favorite part... that he sings his heart out EVERY time.

Happy Halloween (a couple days late).

It was a good one this year & action packed. And it was a big year for the boys, this was the first year it was up to them to choose who they wanted to be. All by themselves. Needless to say, they were both VERY excited to dress-up day of.

Kicking off the festivities with some Halloween-eve pumpkin caving.
On Halloween the first piece of candy was consumed at 7:40 a.m. and the last around 9 p.m., yikes. Cal started the day with a party at school, dress code: orange, black & a mask,
Next up, a quick cat nap then get Buzz Lightyear & Captain America suited up to head downtown with Katie & Eli for some trick-or-treating.
After that, a visit with Jenni & the kids.
And lastly, back home for a get-together with friends and more trick-or-treating in our neighborhood (where I only took 1 pic, boo).

Don't tell my brother...

This is what I do when he's at school, play dress up with his stuff!
