Cal comes home from daycare with lots of art projects. Ian and I had a theory that they have the older kids do the work, then put the younger kids' names (Cal) on them to claim as their own. Reasoning for our theory: they use lots of markers, paint, glitter, you name it, and Cal never comes home with a mark on him.
The last several weeks he's been collecting pads of paper and pens from drawers around the house and then acts like he's drawing. Low-and-behold, we realize that he must have learned this from daycare and the art work is his.
So the point of this story being, the kid wants to color!

It's all fun and games until someone bites off the tip of the pink crayon...

oh, he looks so sad in the 2nd pic. Poor Cal... I'm sure your parents ate a crayon or two in their day and they turned out just fine. :)
Thats so sad..he looks so happy and sweet..how dare you take the pink crayon from him! LOL
He got the crayon back ;) How can I resist such a sad face?!? Shows how good I am going to be at disiplining (sp?).
