Early Spring Bird Blastin'
I was lucky enough to join Julie's dad Jim and brother-in-law Lars on a pheasant hunting trip to Ellensburg. We hunted on a ranch that raises and releases birds for paying customers. It was a blast, and the dogs had a great time too.

The other weekend when Jenni and the fam were here, the kids and I went to Paint the Town to paint some pottery. So much fun! Here's our masterpieces.

Walk on

Party Animal
We had a weekend full of b-day parties and that meant lots of cake for Cal. He was a happy kiddo!
We went to Lo's 7th b-day on Saturday and Cal channeled his inner gymnast - Jenni rented a gymnastics facility. This would have been my dream party as a kid.
On Sunday we went to Cal's friend Emily's 1st b-day party.
Go figure, Cal was obsessed with Emily's car. He refused to get out when it was time to go in for presents and cake so we had to wheel him in, in the car and he sat in it in the living room while Emily opened her gifts.
