Spring Break

I always get a little freaked out heading into school breaks, wondering how the kids and I are going to keep from going crazy, and in the end we always survive, the break goes by in a flash and I wish we had just a couple more days at home. We spent the first half of the week playing at parks with friends, visiting Ian at work & enjoying the sunshine.

The kids and I were in for a real treat when Ian took Thursday & Friday off for some much needed family time. Family fun day 1.... lunch date

Family fun day 2.... a day trip to The Methow. A trip to Twisp of course means lunch at Twisp River Pub. This little lady joined us at the table for the first time.

We also stopped by Ian's old work project to see the salmon at the hatchery.
