6 months!

Miss Emmie Mae hit 6 months last Friday, and life with her is nothing but sweetness. I love this age.  She is such a joy. So happy, so interested in her surrounding, so loving.

And knock on wood, but at the moment we're doing better at night. She's only waking once to eat.  She's a good little napper taking 2-3 naps a day, she talks all the time, squeals with delight, sits up and plays with her toys, loves to be held, loves all things solids (so far she's had carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, peas & peaches), lights up when kids interact with her, is fascinated with Clyde & Suzie, tries to put everything in her month and is still a puker,

She had her check-up Monday and is as healthy little girl. I was a little thrown off by her small size (small to us) cause she's so much smaller than the boys were at this age.

Weight: 16 lbs. 14 oz (64%)
Height: 27" (88%)

Whistler

We took a little trip to Whistler in February, meeting Grammie & Pa up there, and had an awesome time.  It really was such a fun trip and the kids had a blast. After a bit of a hiatus of visiting Whistler, we were both reminded how much we love it there and already can't wait to get back. Thank you John & Bert for having us!
riding the Peak-to-Peak (gondola that connects Whistler & Blackcomb)

Tubing
One of the highlights of the trip for me, literally seeing one of Cal's dreams of playing hockey come true. He was SO excited.
11 hours in the car, thanks to a ridiculous border crossing, and a blizzard on the pass & we finally made it home.
